We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. We do our best to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, however we cannot guarantee that your device screen will display colors exactly as they appear in person.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.
We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available through Shopify Payments. By submitting your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
4. Orders & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it enters our processing system immediately. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at hello@therestednurse.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
5. Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. The Rested Nurse is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Our silk sleep masks are designed for sleep and rest purposes only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Rested Nurse LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
