Overview
At The Rested Nurse, we want your order to arrive quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
If there is any issue with your order, we will contact you at the email address provided at checkout.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States only.

Delivery times are estimates only and begin once your order has shipped, not when it was placed. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
3. Shipping Carriers
We ship using USPS, UPS, or a comparable carrier depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at hello@therestednurse.com.
5. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. The Rested Nurse is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at hello@therestednurse.com and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, The Rested Nurse is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or other household members
- Checking around all entry points of your home
- Contacting your local post office or carrier directly
If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us at hello@therestednurse.com and we will do our best to assist you.
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@therestednurse.com with a photo of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.
8. Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery. Any known shipping delays will be posted on our website and social media.
