Refund Policy — The Rested Nurse

Our Commitment to You

At The Rested Nurse, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Because our silk sleep masks are worn close to the skin, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used or worn, for hygiene reasons.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@therestednurse.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an unused, unworn item for a different color within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
